My Favorite Banunu Bread


2 cups flour
a little less than 1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
pinch of salt


2 mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter or veg oil
1 egg, lightly beaten

Stir until just blended.

handful of sunflower seeds, (this is what I had today)
pumpkin seeds/chopped walnuts/raisins/any nuts, or chocolate bits
or all of the above.

Bake at 180 C/ 350 F for about 1 hour, or until center is done.
Serve warm with a shmear of butter, nutella (!)
, cream cheese, jam, whatever.
